I grew up doing all of the bigger sports, basketball, football, and baseball. I even did martial arts. But once I found Parkour and Ninja obstacles, I loved it. After joining, I got to do things that you only see on T.V. or movies. Vaulting, climbing, and flipping brings out an amazing feeling.
I am excited to bring that feeling to the ABQ area through Ultimate Ninja Gym. Hopefully everyone in the area can enjoy some type of vaulting, climbing, flipping, or just getting that happy feeling when you complete a goal in our gym.
I live with my fiance and dog here in the land of enchantment.
I look forward to the growth of the gym and the sport. I know we all want Ninja obstacles to become a mainstream sport just like basketball, football, or baseball. See you at the gym!
Hi. I'm coach Joe, your local guide to all things parkour and freerunning! I started training parkour in California when I was 17 years old at Tempest Freerunning Academy and have loved every second of it. I've now been coaching parkour and ninja warrior for over 3 years and feel extremely lucky to be able to do what I love for a living!
A major aspect of my classes and personal training is providing a comfortable and fun environment in which to learn and experiment with movement at any age or skill level. I look forward to a long career teaching and doing parkour in the beautiful Land of Enchantment!
Hi, I'm Caleb Garnham. I'm a certified coach through both ParkourEDU and Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association, and I am so excited to be working with Ultimate Ninja Gym to create a fun, skillful, and educational environment for all ages.
After discovering parkour in 2007, I haven't stopped seeking new ways to explore and have fun with movement. This eventually led me to start teaching parkour and gymnastics in 2012, and ninja obstacles the following year (the same year I was on American Ninja Warrior!). I haven't stopped coaching since, and probably never will.
I'm ecstatic for the chance to see (and help) this community grow, and I always love to hear from you. Whether it's questions, comments, or just sharing your own personal knowledge and experience, feel free to find me between classes around the gym! I believe we grow strongest together, and look forward to seeing you at the Ultimate Ninja Gym.
From playing soccer and lifting to teaching exercise classes and ninja competitions, I have always loved being active. As my interest in staying active grew, I decided to get an ACTION Personal Training license to further my exercise knowledge.
From there I have started teaching both children and adult classes as a way to share what I have learned with the community. When I'm not teaching classes or working on obstacles you can probably find me working on my car or playing my oboe.
I'm Anthony Scott, a certified personal trainer, two time competitor on American Ninja Warrior, a graduate of University of Florida, and a former wide receiver for the Gators with 5 years of experience in correction.
My passion lies in assisting diverse demographics and unique personalities to become their best selves through a holistic approach of fitness, nutrition, and coaching. Therefore, Training Warriors Only was born to help all attain internal and external greatness.
When TWO or more like-minded people gather, greatness will occur.
I grew up skiing, windsurfing, rock climbing, and racing Motocross. But once I discovered Ninja obstacles, I was hooked.
So I started the UNAA- Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association, a World Wide competition series with over 120 participating gyms across the Globe.
Now I want to bring that passion to Albuquerque with Ultimate Ninja Obstacle Gym!
I have a Coaching Level 2 certification from New Mexico State University, with studies in Nutrition, health science, Action Personal Trainer Certification and sports officiating. I also created the UNAA Ninja Coach Certification with 5 other certified professionals.
I work full time at a TV Station - KWBQ in Albuquerque. Married to Felicia Clark, with 3 kids and 2 grandkids…. so far…
I want to see Ninja obstacle competition become a real certified worldwide sport and pursue Ninja obstacle competition inclusion in the Olympics and I have a desire to use UNAA as a platform to help accomplish that.
