Obstacle Course Racing Competition

 We're excited to be hosting a UOCR Season 5 OCR 3K Competition at UNAA. The Ultimate OCR (UOCR) is a spin off of the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association focused on adding longer Obstacle Course Runs where running is a bigger emphasis and obstacles are interspersed. 

 There are divisions for children starting at age 6 through masters division (40+) and every age in between. All divisions will be included in this event. 

 Our competition will follow UOCR rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2026.

 Spectators are free (with limited capacity) 

Schedule

Specific start times for each age group will be determined soon. However, there may be a limited number of contestants in each division to make sure each group can start at their scheduled time. 

13-15 - 8:30 AM

7-9 - 9:00 AM

10-12 - 9:30 AM

Elite & 16-29 - 10:00 AM

30-49 & 50+ - 10:30 AM

open - 11:00 AM
