Parkour is the ability to get from point A to point B as quickly and fluidly as possible. Practitioners challenge themselves through complex environments without any assistance by surmounting obstacles such as walls and railings and leaping across open spaces.

TRAINING WITH COACH JOE
Coach Joe started training parkour in California when he was 17 years old at Tempest Freerunning Academy and has loved every second of it. Now being a certified parkour trainer, he has been able to help other do things they never thought was possible. With 7 years of parkour and 4 years of teaching, he guarantees a comfortable and fun environment in which to learn and experiment with movement at any age or skill level.
